Tatchi Anouan is a Manager in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Department. He has overseen the healthcare audits since January 2021. He has more than 15 years of professional accounting and auditing experience and has primarily specialized in healthcare audits for well over 13 years. Tatchi has guided teams on regulation compliance, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) support, and has investigated areas of provider fraud, abuse, and/or misuse of Medicare, Medicaid, and grant dollars. Tatchi has assisted multiple states with the development and incorporation of the Value-Based Purchasing component for healthcare entities and Medicaid reimbursement rates. He has consistently provided quality assurance reviews on audit working papers and reports, as well as assisted with Peer Reviews and internal inspections. 

Tatchi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from The Advanced Institute of Applied Computer Science and Management and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. Tatchi is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Tatchi is also a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Association of Government Accountants.
