SHABBIR MOOSVI

Shabbir Moosvi is a Director in the firm's Consulting Practice Group. He currently leads audit engagements and client support services teams that provide services in the areas of accounting support, process improvement, compliance, and internal control. Mr. Moosvi possesses significant experience in providing support to clients in the mortgage insurance, pension benefits, and investments industries. He also has experience in providing support for technical writing relating to MD&A reporting for the CFO office. One of his highlights regarding MD&A is helping the support team earn comments from both the client and external auditors about how the MD&A developed by the team was the best one seen by the agency in years.

Mr. Moosvi holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Finance from South Eastern University. He holds a Chartered Accountant Certificate, Certified Banker Diploma, a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant certification. He worked several years as a CFO for an international pharmaceutical company and also worked for Deloitte in the Federal Assurance Services. Mr. Moosvi has been with Williams Adley since 2006.
