Masoud Najmabadi joined Williams Adley in 2024 as a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance practice. He has extensive experience in providing audit and advisory services to various clients in different industries, including the public sector. His experience includes performing federal financial statement audits, performance audits, agreed-upon procedures (AUP), internal control review and risk assessment, audit readiness, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
Masoud actively participates in the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and has served as a board member and President of the AGA Baltimore in the past. He was also part of the AGA National Office Financial Management Standard (FMS) group and was responsible for reviewing and commenting on draft exposures issued by different standard bodies.
Prior to joining Williams Adley, Masoud was a Director at Grant Thornton. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
