Q: What was your first job?

A:  My very first job was functioning as an American Sign Language interpreter for a special needs child during a summer technology camp. During college, I worked as part of an IT Helpdesk and then shifted to the IT Risk Services function at Deloitte.

Q: What do you believe brings clients to Williams Adley?

A: I think clients choose us because we provide a friendly attitude, while still demonstrating a high quality of work. We show great value by listening to their concerns, showing that we are not just auditing as a checklist, but rather as a way to help strengthen their organization.

Q:  How do you keep a competitive edge?

A: I believe our organization excels at functioning as a team as a whole. Multiple skillsets are utilized and this allows different personnel to expand their skillsets. Having knowledge in multiple areas improves our value to support clients.

Q: Name one of your talents that benefits clients most.

A: I believe my emphasis on being understanding and personable allows me to communicate with the client at a high level. I believe communication is a key skill, because it allows for a more comfortable environment and I've found clients are more receptive when you can communicate efficiently.

Q: How do you spend your time outside of the office?

A: I began DJing when I was much younger, and have DJed in New York, Chicago, and most of the major clubs across the DC area. I've cut back from the night life scene as I've begun to focus more on my time here at Williams Adley, but I still perform at private events and practice during my free time. I would provide a link to my live mixes that I've recorded, but I don't like to shamelessly promote myself. In addition, I play in basketball and soccer leagues across the area.

Q: What quote or saying guides your professional and/or personal life?

A: "Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere."
